涉嫌闯入地铁车厂并涂鸦列车车厢的瑞士男子昨天被控上法庭，面对两项破坏公物和一项擅闯禁区的罪名。一旦罪名成立，他可能被判入狱及鞭刑.

32岁的被告费克·奥利弗（Fricker Oliver）在本地一家瑞士公司担任高级顾问。他在案发后原本打算回瑞士工作，不过却在启程的两天前，也就是5月25日被警方逮捕。

涉案的还包括一名29岁英国男子劳埃德·戴恩·亚力山大（Lloyd Dane Alexander）。他持社交访问准证来新加坡，相信已在警方接获报案前离开本地.

奥利弗面对的控状指他在今年5月16日深夜至隔天清晨之间，和亚力山大共谋擅闯位于樟宜路的SMRT地铁车厂，触犯保护区和保护地法令。
