家暴男呛打爸妈， 打电话向父亲要钱，还在电话中辱骂父亲三字经，3小时后更到爸妈家门口，扬言要骑机车冲撞家门。 他不应该对父母不孝。现代人孝道伦理观念日渐式微，希望提醒社会大众，孝道是人传统基本价值。至于引用弟子规，则是他的小孩在学校，老师也用来教导孩子孝道；而他本身也听周杰伦的歌，他觉得“听妈妈的话”此曲唱得深入人心，故也将其价值观引用于判决中。
