据美国媒体报道，菲律宾官员表示，8月26日清晨一伙身穿警服的持枪人员在该国南部拦截了一辆巴士并开枪打死4名乘客，其中包括2名警员。
菲律宾警方称，26日清晨这辆巴士从该国南部的卡加延德奥罗开往三宝颜市时，在一个路边检查站被身穿警服的持枪人员拦截。持枪者要求乘客下车并开枪杀害4名乘客，随后歹徒将巴士烧毁逃离。
据悉，4名受害者分别为巴士司机、巴士售票员和2名身穿警服的警员。
当地警方介绍说，本月初持枪分子拦截一辆巴士并将车上乘客洗劫一空之后，当局就在往返于固定线路的公共巴士上部署警察保障安全。
